Terms & Conditions for Wedding Stationery
Quotation
All quotations are valid for 60 days and are exclusive of Vat. All our quotations are subject to Vat unless otherwise notified
Ordering
Ordering can be completed in person, over the phone on (061)361782, via email sales@mcnamaraprinters.ie, through our website, or through social media.
How this works
Before we do any designs, a small Deposit is required. This deposit allows us to start the design process.
Samples/Drafts/Proofs
We can send a soft copy of your artwork/design via email to you for proof reading/approval. A printed draft /proof is also available upon request. Charges may apply depending on the time involved combining a draft/proof. (Please ask a member of our staff re charges for proofs etc). Any additional printed drafts/proofs after the first printed draft will cost between €5-€10 for each print. (The price varies depending on the time and size of the stationery requested)
With our quotation, we allow/allocate 2 hours Design/Artwork for our graphic designer to design your wedding Invitations. Anytime over this amount allocated, will incur extra artwork/design charges. We will notify you if the design time has gone over.
Proofreading
It is the customer’s responsibility to proofread the stationery as the customer will have the final say and give the go ahead for the printer to proceed with the order. If mistakes are not identified and customer approval is given, reprint charges will apply.
Cancelled Appointments
Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel an appointment and we will reschedule a time that suits you.
Printers information
McNamara Printers name and contact details will be printed in small print at the back of all wedding stationery that we design and print. Please let us know if you would rather not have our name printed.
Invite processing time
Once your deposit has been paid and the order has been placed, your wedding stationary will be available within 3 working weeks. Once Artwork/Design is approved/ready for print, your Stationery will be completed between 3/5 working days.
Payment
Payment can be accepted via Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Cheque or via EFT/Bank Transfer
Delivery
Delivery charges are an extra cost and are not included in our quotation/price. Please let us know if you would prefer your stationary to be delivered to your home or work address. If you require delivery of your stationery you must inform us at the time of ordering and supply a valid address where the stationery must be signed for. Orders can be collected from our premises in Shannon, Co Clare. Please contact us to arrange a time that suits.
Samples
Samples are available on request and a minimum charge will apply to cover design (See previous Notes above), print times and delivery. Please speak with a member of McNamara Printers team to discuss this minimum charge.
Our Liability
Continuous efforts have been made to ensure that all details on the website are current and up to date. However there is no guarantee that the website will remain error free at all times. If there is an error(s) McNamara Printers will rectify the error as soon as it is made aware but will not be held responsible or liable for inaccurate information.
